For domestic orders, please allow at least 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. For international orders, please allow at least 5-7 business days for order processing and verification.
Orders may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.
Please note that once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. We cannot change the shipping address or the shipping method selected.
The Neighborhood is not liable for any misplaced or stolen packages. If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we have shipped your order to, and your tracking number reads as successfully shipped - we are not held responsible if your package has been misplaced.
Stolen/lost packages are non-refundable.
Pre-order & made to order items will ship once stock becomes available. The estimated delivery date will be listed in the product description of the item. You will receive an email with tracking once it’s been shipped.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:
All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. Returns are not permitted due to sizing issues as we offer sizing charts for our products.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES ONLY ALLOWED ON ITEMS THAT ARE DEFECTED.
Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org or DM us on Instagram @wetheneighborhood with pictures of the defective product so we can quickly resolve the problem.
The item(s) must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors. Item(s) must be in original packaging, with tags still attached. If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense.
Once we receive your return a gift card code will be issued via email along with instructions. This code may be used towards the purchase of any available items.
All sales are final on sale items - no exceptions.
